To give our customers access to this experience we have developed our unique Good Start Workshop. This workshop will be specifically adapted to your unique requirements and will deliver the results you are asking for.
The process to get started is simple:
- We arrange a phone interview with you to collect your specific questions about your particular project.
- A few days later you will receive a workshop concept adapted to your needs.
- The workshop will take place either on-site or at our premises (a maximum number of 5-8 people is recommended).
- We answer your questions and collaboratively develop a plan, a system architecture or a new service offering. Well-proven blueprints and processes will help us to get a well understood and focused result.
- After the workshop we will review the results and deliver a written report of the workshop.
The resulting documentation will give you a firm foundation for your project, enable your objectives to be structured into well-defined work packages, help you communicate with all your stakeholders, customers and suppliers, and understand the network- and service-provider business.
